i was invited last week to meet Jesica Milton of Luxury On Demand to tour her showroom and talk spring fashion trends. what girl would say no to that, right?

Luxury on Demand is a new way to consign – Jesica personally hand selects all items in her boutique for the best possible online shopping experience. she also offers local pick up services, closet clean outs, and in person shopping at her showroom in downtown Seattle. she got her start in fashion as a designer herself, then later on as a seller on eBay. she quickly found a passion in picking designer goods that she would love to own herself. loyal shoppers followed her to Luxury on Demand, and her business has continued to grow as she takes on new clients daily. so after spending way too much money at Nordstrom’s half yearly sale for women, i’m here to show you what i wore that i did not get at the sale. ;) i really love wearing flowing skirts like this, they’re fun to twirl in (when no ones paying attention, because i feel like you can only get away with that if you’re under the age of 8) and super airy for warmer days, which surprisingly we’ve had quite a few of so far this season!

what on earth is that big blinding thing in the sky? is that the sun? a rare sighting in seattle has been making appearances this week. i had to dust off my sunglasses last week and promptly put them away after it began raining again, but this week it’s been nothing but the good stuff. it’s been in the 70s and 80s all week and i’m loving it.

happy friday! this week has felt so long for some reason. i’m blaming it on the crummy weather this week – it started off so pretty (you know, sun and decent temperatures) but today it just poured. so glad i caught this maxi dress outfit earlier in the week, otherwise i would have had a very sad outfit post to share today.

pale girl camo for fashion friday

on wednesday, i mentioned how i realized how pale i am over the weekend, and even made up a phrase: pale girl camo. well, here’s the outfit that really spelled out how pale i truly am. my dermatologist would be super proud of me right about now.

midi skirts are something i’ve heard are terrible for us petite people. i say whatever to that. wear what you like, even if its not the absolute most flattering thing in the world. i have a couple of tough spots – i’m short (5’3″) and i also have a short torso. it makes it a bit of a challenge when it comes to shopping sometimes, but i always dig a high waisted look.
